No surprises. I love our organizational chart! The top of it is our students and we all support them underneath. We all work together and we all affect each others relationship with the student. Everyone plays a vital role in the Admissions process and it really does "take a village".
Mily,
Excellent! It is also a good idea to pull it out and go over it once in awhile to make sure we have not drifted away from the original procedure.

Daniela,
Standard operation procedures should be in every organization to ensure compliance.

Our school has a main drive that all campuses have access to. In the drive in the admissions folder is an "SOP" or Standard of Operating Procedure". If there is anything we are unsure about we can refer to this. It is always kept up to date and if there are any changes an email is sent to all the admissions staff.
In our school we have what we call "SOP" Standard Operation Procedures. This allows all employees to follow all of our duties within this guidelines, ina standard/organize process.
Victoria,
Excellent! Organizational charts explain everyone's role within the organization.

As the Director of the miami campus of our school i was part of the development of the organizational structure chart. We have schools in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico so we decided to have 2 sets of charts, one for our campus in Miami and one that reflects the company internationally. We made sure that all employees understand their position at their place of work and in the company as a whole. We have the updated contact information for all the employees and share that internally with everyone, making sure that they can reach out to colleagues in other campuses and share experiences as well as supervisors.
