Steps to Enrollment
Our school has a page in its catalog that spells out every step towards enrolling. In admissions, we use a checklist to make sure that at each appointment the prospective student is informed and aware of the next steps they need to take, and any documents or materials they need to submit.

I agree. The checklists not only ensures that procedures are being folowed, it assists the reps i keeping their records in order.
The checklist really help i use them for each student i give a tour to. It helps to keep you on track, so you say the same thing over and over.

Some schools actually have the student initial off the checklist. It is a very good practice.
