To be Expel or being terminated
If a student violates any of the rules listed under Rules/Regulations while attending Priority Nursing College, the student can be terminated or dismissed from the program.
Should the student’s enrollment be terminated or should the student withdraw for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

This should be well articulated in the catalog. Students are held to all rules and regulations while attending your school.

Additionally I discuss this during Orientation, that way students are aware in case they decide like most not to read the catalog in its entirety.

No student ever thinks that it will happen to them. Understanding the reasons for dismissal from school may alleviate the situation in the future.
