Notary
Presently, I am the only notary for my school. Is there a conflict if I am both the notary and the School Director on forms?

I am confident that (although not specifically in the TWC CSC rules) the CSC would not allow you to be the notary on forms submitted to their office. Out of curiosity, I searched Google on this and found that, according to the Texas Notary Association - A notary public may not notarize his or her own signature and may not notarize any document in which the notary’s name appears as a party to the transaction. You could have another employee become a notary or find one from outside your school.
