Seasonality
Our school has four starts per year. These are in the first part of Feb, May, Aug, and nov. As your modle suggests August is our largest enrollment, November is second with Febuary and May trailing. According to your modle Feb should be either first or second what are we doing wrong?
First to clarify, are you saying that this is the order of your enrollment results or start goals?
The second thing to look at is how your spending matches leading up to the starts. Are you spending an even amount before each start or does it fluctuate?
We also run our starts 4 times a year. The summer months are the worst. We decided not to do any runs in july and august
