Never assume answers, ever. If you know of some point, question, before giving misinformation, has consequences.

I completely agree with this statement, The cost of guessing is not worth placing your job on the line.

Product knowledge is very important to know, but, if you are indecisive on the topic, concern, or question; receiving the correct information cease the chance of misrepresentation of the company.

The knowledge is a power Information is liberating education is the premise of progress....

If you give someone the wrong information there can be very negative consequences.

If there is a question that I don't have the answer to, I am honest in saying that I don't know but we will try and find the answer together.

Knowledge is power and for admissions, product knowledge is critical. It is difficult to effectively guide students if they cannot explain in detail how a particular program will address a students goals.

Treat others as you would like to be treated. This for me is what is all about, If I were a potential student (which I have been at one point in my life) I expect that the person guiding me will do so in my best interest and not the school's.

I agree, it's probably only best to answer questions where you feel 100% on the answer you are providing.
