SEcond forum was an interesting read. Thought I was pretty comfortable with teh information until I failed the quiz the first time. Makes you think about what you really need to educate yourself on. Not only is this informational but important legal information. A must read.

Lisa, I am with you. I certainly thought I knew all of this stuff, but quickly realized that I only knew the top layer and not the nuts and bolts of CM251. Wow, I am learning! So many myths out there as far as what the law requires and what our responsibilities are for our students/employees.
