I completely forgot that any information between a professor (faculty member) and one of our counselors (academic advisor) must be included in the student record when it is asked for. Very good course, it is always good to refresh our knowledge and abide to the law. Thanks for such excelent review.
I too did not realize this. I'm sure information exchanged between program leadership and instructors regarding a student should also be documented. Where I teach, we have a great tool for keeping up with communication with students and personnel. This truly was an excellent refresher.
