This training reminded me of that need to be not only on time but early. Thinking through some of the basics of what we do and their value will help me develop that checklist of what to do as I begin. For example, I have had an opportunity to reflect that the introduction meets many more goals than I realized.

I have used note cards to keep track of stop points during lectures. This has helped a great deal.
I use visual aids, group discussion, and use notes during my classes.
I am a beginner instructor and I now use visual aids, and note taking of relevant imformation that will definitely be useful in their job field.
