I believe once I start as an FAO having the Performance requirements will help me in succeeding within my new role. I like to know what all needs to be in a file and organization is something I love. So, with having these requirements set out will help me in being successful at ensuring my job is being completed properly. Hoping this will help us get an A+ on all our audits that will occur and keep us in being able to have OSAP fund some of our students.

This is a great attitude to have especially since it is such an important part of your role as an FA. Knowing and following the requirements is going to be something that your co workers and employer are going to depend on your for. Always remember to review updates on the ONe-key portal for changes to the requirements and key deadlines.
