Who is the customer

In a for-profit education environment it is sometimes hazy who the customer is; is it the student, the hiring industry, or business shareholder. Can be discouraging for faculty.

The customer is always the student. If you are focusing on the student all of the other components will fall into place. You will turn out a good product, the student, who will satisfy the hiring industry. Students are our customers and deserve to be treated as such in all circumetances. This is what will set my school above the other for-profit schools in the area.
