Great point Ingrid! Our institution has meetings every quarter and retention is always a hot topic. Communication is crucial in our business and feel we can never do enough communicating. Attention to detail is the only way we can be proactive about retention and using retention tools just helps to achieve our goal faster.

Most of our drop out rate is due to students personal issues. I love the idea of Grad Max and feel that many studetns could benifit from this esp with internet now on cell phones.
