I try to offer my students various resources in addition to ones available online. Many students are not aware that there are more ways to job search than solely online.

I agree with Terry. It’s great to use our resources at the school but I do also encourage students to take a more proactive approach and contact employers directly prior to graduation. This helps show initiative on their part and with the help of the school’s resources I believe it’s a recipe for success.
