I have a dream
What would a school look like with 100% staff buy in on running the school with Intelligent Hearts? How amazing would that be? How profitable would that be? Can you imagine the compliance numbers? Could you imagine the referrals? Could you imagine what it would be like if 100% of the students graduated and went to work? Can this happen and does this school exist? Is their a school to cite?

I doubt that we can find a school where 100% of the folks have intelligent hearts. I have been to many schools where there is a collective intelligent heart. The negative folks who happen to be employed in those schools either develop the heart they need or they move on because the enviroment does not match their personality.
One thing for sure, it takes leaders with theintelligent heart to create a school with an intelligent heart. The Campus President and those in leadership positions outside the school are the tone setters.
I agree Jeff. I have personally witnessed this occur when we had leadership changes. Going from a "fun" enviorment to one steeped in regulations and numerous internal policies. The "business of education" continues to gain momentum while "intelligent hearts" move on to other fields.
