Mystery shopper
We did not know, prior to this course, that our mystery shopper should be providing us data rather than opinion. This would definitely change the way we attack this process in the future. We can have them on a fact finding mission rather than doing our management job of evaluation of what was discovered.
@erinkenny : We use mystery shopper all the time at my school. In admissions, we use the report to ensire that admissions reps remain in compliance , follows the process and it is used as a training opportunity.
I like the idea of mystery shopping. It ensure the scholl credibility to stay compliant with their accrediations standards
