This module on motivating students has helped me understand the importance of creating an engaging learning environment that encourages students to take ownership of their education. Strategies like fostering a growth mindset, positive reinforcement, and setting clear goals will motivate students. I intend to apply these strategies by creating opportunities for students to feel successful, helping them overcome challenges with a positive outlook, and ensuring that the learning objectives are clear and achievable.
