Hello Dr. Wilkinson and Colleagues, It seems in every class there are always students that seems "clueless" as to the assignment instructions, how to respond to the discussion board, how to write grammatically correct sentences, etc. I give special attention to these students by closely monitoring their work, providing very specific feedback, maintaining close communication, etc. What methods do you use to determine whether or not these students may have been in special ed in high school and not just regular ed students that need a bit more help than the others?
