Like "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff". Some stress is good, like the stress that makes us want to be more competitive or more productive. Makes us rise to the challenge. Then there is the negative stress that can make us unhealthy. The chronic stress. Daily exercise, visualization techniques... work for me. I also enjoy listening to music. Depending on what I'm feeling at the time determines what kind of music I listen to. You need to find what works for you and then use that technique to deal with your stress. Maybe for some, it can be a bubblebath or a long walk.... Learn for yourself what works and use it.
