Meetings and phone conferences give me a full understanding, of any changes or issues that may be arising. Just reading email blast doesn't always give the best understanding. But during conference calls and meetings, things are discussed in great detail, that bring the email full circle. Also hearing someone else's way of dealing with an issue or concern, helps quite a bit.
