Over the past year I have become increasing aware of the importance of publicity. With this awareness we have made several changes that are working. These are:
1)we offer free monthly tele-conferences. I give an overview of our program and they open it to questions. All someone has to do to attend is 'RSVP'. Last week I had 40 people sign up for the call.
2) We have started a 'Student for a Day' program. For a nominal fee people can visit our school for 1 day with a program designed just for them. This includes lunch with some of our students so that they can learn first-hand, how our students feel about the school. Both of these have been very successful.

What's not working: I don't feel we are effectively using our demographic information to our advantage.
