I strongly suggest researching laughter yoga. It's an easy way to cope with stress. I use it almost everyday and it works. There is no jokes, comedy or humor. I was recently recognized by the President of CEC and recieved the board of trustees award for my presentation on this topic at the ACICS conference 2012. I am currently working on my dissertation and hope to research this topic further.
