<p>@srmeers1 : I have also just finished course 117 and&nbsp; I learned alot about myself and why I teach in the manner that I do. I am at the end of the baby boomer and at the begining of the GenX. So my exspectations from my sudents are driven by my Baby boomer side and my need to be innovated is the GenX side of me. In all I need to blend more into the thread of teaching these new generations while at the same time not losing what works from a foundational system.</p>
