@srmeers1 : I just finished ED110 Stress and Time Management.  This was an excellent course because it confirmed what I have always known to be true - if you don't balance your work and home life and find coping mechanisms for your stress - it will effect your health.   I plan on using my lunch hour from now on to take a 30 minute walk.  This will help me cope with my morning class and prepare me for my afternoon class.
