<p>I have just completed course 103 and have learned more skills in creating written exams. Such as matching are more simple questions and should have more answers than needed. True False questions should have more false than true about 15% more. Watch my grammer and make sure negative answers are kept to a minimum and underline <span style="text-decoration: underline;">NOT</span> or <span style="text-decoration: underline;">WRONG</span> or have them in capitol letters. These courses are good refreshers as we sometimes need to be reminded to keep our skills strong.</p>
