<p>I have completed ED101 and 102. They are basically things we all know we just need to implement into our everyday classes. Management and teaching are really a lot alike in that we must keep our reports up to date and acknowledged in order to be a good employee. Also, students must feel important and acknowledged each day. We must stay up to date on our teaching skills and our discipline in order for students to be successful after they graduate.</p>
