I've always felt the need to have everyone on board with the execution of the students being processed in a timely fashion but the dissemination of information and how it's delivered to the prospective student and the interactions of the various departments that will be involved with that student starting from the begining being introduced to the student through admissions and the tour and conversation between the departments to show the cohesiveness of the school.  All students need a pint of reference so they feel connected to the sources as situations arise in their lives.  Continued conversation is important to let the student know they are valued and respected.  So much is happening in todays world, its importwnt that the student feels and knows where to go for support and encouragement by providing various resources through the school through outside agencies.

What I learned through this current trainning, is that you value your admissions representatvies and director of admissions and instructors to make it mandatory that they are being properly trained on an on-going basis and enjoy their jobs, because they are being invested into, to be the very best representative that they can be, due to the education that has been set forth and now is a requirement.  It's very important that we are experts in our field that confidence permeates any fear that the prospective student may have when our delivery is on target and sound with genuiness.
