<p>There are so many illnesses that are exacerbated by stress.&nbsp; Isn't it interesting that we are the richest country in the world but that not everyone takes the extra step to get the help they need?&nbsp; I am glad that you were proactive and were able to recognize that you needed help.&nbsp; It's people like you that tend to make the most effective instructors and hold our students' best interests at heart.&nbsp; Students will learn by your example.</p>
