EDU 104 Why you should take educational online courses
I think every instructor should be encourage to take this course. The courses helps you as an instructor, discover your strength and weakeness. The course test your knowledge of what you know and don't know and what you need to know and should know as an instructor whether you have problem issues in the class of not. With the blog and group discussion we are able to communicate with other instructors and find out other methods in handling these situations that we can face or have face as an instructor in the classroom..
I agree instructors need to constantly change up their teaching styles and incorporate new activities.
Sounds like you all had a blast in this course as well as it being informative. There are so many techniques that are out there and anyone in education be it an instructor or administrator should be aware of these and stay on top of them.

As a new instructor of adult learners, in a college based seting, this course did help. Having taught in a hospital/Medical University setting, I lacked students that weren't great learners, highly moviated. I have found that dealing with angry students that didn't get the grade they "wanted", however, didn't earn has been the most challenging. This course did help me address how to better deal with that issue.
As an instructor,it is the best way to comunicate with students especially when the students struggle,I do help them in every effort that I can take to help the students and motivate them that its okay if their learning skills are slow but to motivate them that I am there for them.
