Teaching is an on going process, a learning experience for me each mod that goes bye.

Of all the classes that I have taken so far, this has been the best to address my needs as a new instructor.  Becomeing more effective with learning disibilities will become a focus for me with a new focused method.  I do agree with Aaron, I wish I had this before I started teaching. 

As a new instructor of adult learners, in a college based seting, this course did help.  Having taught in a hospital/Medical University setting, I lacked students that weren't great learners, highly moviated.  I have found that dealing with angry students that didn't get the grade they "wanted", however, didn't earn has been the most challenging. This course did help me address how to better deal with that issue.
