great resource for both new and tenured staff

The course content was detailed and well organized to ensure both tenured and new staff members could easily benefit from the material.  I really liked how each section was outlined and offered print materials for us to print out and refer back towards even after we stopped having access to the course.

Great informative training.  The only area of opportunity I'd recommend for future trainings is to eliminate the discussion boards.  Almost all postings were maybe 1-2 sentences with very little content to the answers, which means we're really not learning anything from eachother's responses or applying what we know toward a post.  I think the quizes and the trivia questions were a lot more effective as learning measurement tools.

Avis,

Thank you for your response to the course. Your suggestions will be taken under advisement for future improvements.

It is always great to revisit this information because with all of the articles, trainings, and day-to-day activities, sometimes it can get confusing. I copied and saved some of the information so that I could go over it all with with my team.

As admissions represtatives and to continue to provide the best possible options for our students, we need continuing education. Course was very informative.

Avis,

I very much agree with you regarding a lack of interaction as a learning environment and learning tool.  It might be a good idea to have so Blog starters.  Concepts that we can discuss that have some teeth that are thought provoking.
