Understanding you boss

Excellent discussion I agree with the writers. For us to be effective employees, we have got to understand, and know what's expected from us. We have to know what our boss expect, and need. If they (our bosses) are reluctant or indecisive with informing us about their expectations, then I agree  with the lesson plan seek out infromation from coworkers, who may have been working with this boss. This will provide us with some points of reference for meeting our boss's expectations.

The manager /supervisor should set clear expectations for the employees, and ask questions to ensure understanding. If the team asks no questions or requests no clarification one can assume that all instructions / expectations are understood which makes accountability understood.
