I think in the classroom, student learning takes on a new meaning. I believe I good Instructor should adopt different educational delivery strategies to motivate and accommodate students in many ways to assist them in meeting their educational goals. If there is any area of teaching that demands common sense, it is the deversity found in today's classroom. Classess today are full of students of various age groups, ethnic backgrounds, culural experiments, and educational abilities. This diversity can contrribute to a more interesting classroom when we as Instructors create interactive learning that allows all students to be involved in discussion that goes on in class.
