EL105

I have struggled to come up with ideas on discussion posts. EL105 was a great resource for me to learn how to make discussion posts more effective and to do some problem-solving on some of the biggest challenges I have encountered in discussion posts.

I just finished EL105 and it was a great refresher about the communication styles used for differing generations of students. It is important that we remember we have a variety of student who come fron various backgrounds, and we must consider the most effective ways to reach out to each. I also liked that the grading rubric was mentioned for fair and consistent grading.
