Meeting Management

Meeting management can be quite difficult at times, especially when big decisions have to be made. I liked how the course was structured to discuss ways that you can address difficult situations in meetings. However, the hardest part is the timing. It can be quite difficult to know in advance how long some items will take and to stick to a pre-determined meeting timeframe, especially if many issues need addressed.

I would definately agree with the your statement regarding determining timeframes.  I am constantly underestimating the time it takes to complete a task, which ultimately destroys my schedule.  I wish the course would have spent just a little time or providing an activity in figuring out how to accomplish this aspect of time management.  This is not something I struggle at work, but in my personal time as well.  However, I AM determined to nail this thing down.
