I have learned that some schools do not necessarily require an assessment. i couldn't imagine enrolling a candidate without having a sense of their capabilities.  

I agree, I learned so much.  His was such a necessary class.

I would definately agree with the your statement regarding determining timeframes.  I am constantly underestimating the time it takes to complete a task, which ultimately destroys my schedule.  I wish the course would have spent just a little time or providing an activity in figuring out how to accomplish this aspect of time management.  This is not something I struggle at work, but in my personal time as well.  However, I AM determined to nail this thing down.
