How can Instructor help eachother in solving Admin related issues?
We need a better communication between the employees and employers, but when there is lack of understanding the working environment becomes stressful. I believe that everyone should work like family.
A very important factor to achieve success in an organization is the unaninous supportof each and every emloyee and
administrators towards the welfare of the organization. The mind-set of every member of an organization is to prioritze
all their activities towards the achievement of the company's goals first, before the emplpoyees' and the employers'.
With this goal in mind, the employees will be able to work cooperatively and very efficiently with the administrators.
I STRONGLY AGREE TO YOUR COMMENT. WITHOUT VERBAL COMMUNICATION YOU HAVENT SOMETIMES A TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF WHATS GOING ON. OPEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION IS A MUST BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS
I believe Instructors can help eachother solve admin related issues by not feeling threatened by one another. As long as we have open communication with eachother, it all goes hand in hand at making things flow smoothly.
