These students need more time to learn but they really want to learn, so I believe that the Instructor has to be patience in teaching them and have to utilize all simple means to teach them and achieve the required goal.

While preparing power points the students learning behavior should be kept in mind and one slide should not have more than 4-5 points and it should have graphics too.

These students are shy, we have to first involve them with small group of students and then gradually through encouragement should bring them out of their shells.

Importance of the course they took in thier lives..

Most of the students have non-serious behavior. They should be made to realize to value their money and time. We should sit with them and try to explain what benefits they can get out of this course and how they can meet the challenge.

How can Instructor help eachother in solving Admin related issues?

We need a better communication between the employees and employers, but when there is lack of understanding the working environment becomes stressful. I believe that everyone should work like family.
