Doing The Right Thing!

This is a simple process, but it is not always easy.  You see some that need help, and you really want to do something.  Then you also see those that resemble the reasoning that some of these regulations were put into place.  Some people utilize the system to make it work, and then there are those that try to work the system to avoid doing any work at all.  The simple answer is to just treat everyone equally by the same set of standards,  but the hard part is dealing with people who do not equally possess any set of standards.

Jason, I agree that this isn't necessarily easy to understand.

When I was an elementary principal, I witnessed the same behaviors.

The first day of school, I would emphasize the importance of always doing the right thing, even when others were not looking.  This is the real meaning of integrity!
