This course was an excellent way to get yourself acclimated to the policies and proceedures required of an Admissions Representative.  It re-inforced and helped me become confident in my ability to help students.  All admission reps will definately benefit by taking this coarse.  It surely puts everyone on the same page with understanding how to effectively and efficiently admit a student.

I think that CM201 covered a lot of information and reinforced the training that I received at my campus.  I think that this training was very important because it re-emphasized the best practices to use when recruiting, advertising, and working with prospective students during the admissions process.

Yes, this course was very helpful. I agree with everyone about this couse covered alot of important information. Being in proprietary school industry for over 5 years I have learned that you may know the basics but compliance rules and regulations change quite frequently and it is always best to take classes like CM201 this to stay on top of everything.
