I enjoyed this course.  The information presented in this course is something I can use on a daily basis at work.

I also enjoyed the courc and learned many helpful things that can encourage and enlighten.

What I particularly found helpful was the information about the different types of people, their needs, and the best way to approach each.

I tremendously enjoyed this class and found it very helpful.  It is something that all professors/managers could use a refresher course on.  I enjoyed the different levels of feedback i.e. directors, socializers, relaters.  I think most of the people, students that we deal with fall into one of those categories.
