Students & Customer Service

I really enjoyed this course! Our customers (students) are so important and everyone on staff needs to understand that. Without our students, we wouldn't have a school and none of us would have jobs! It is so important to make a great first impression and to keep that up the entire time.

Of course there are students that will come in angry for whatever reason, but all you can do is kill them with kindness. Smile, and help them!

Just remember, without the students, we wouldnt' be here!!

I have noticed that Retention is a CAMPUS-WIDE effort

It was a great refresher and this time I found something new to try.  I can't wait for the next orientation

 

I  couldn't agree more! This course was a great refresher for me and it came at a great time to review it.  This will help me start 2015 with a better understanding and a new appreciation for our students.

Great course!

Our students are definitely at the core of our mission. As educators our purpose is not to keep them happy but to keep them motivated on their goals so they are open to receiving the training ad education they signed up for. It's difficult for many of them to keep their eye on the prize...but with support from all areas of the organization, we can be successful. It takes a campus and a community.

 

Thank you for the much needed refresher.  I've learned some new tips and gained confidence that I'm already implementing these skills.
