Hi Maria,

I agree 100% that this should be a mandatory part of orientation for new associates. It sets a solid foundation for understanding each individual's role in enrolling and maintaining students, for understanding proper compliance procedures, and for understanding the rights of students and treating them appropriately. This would have been very beneficial for me as a new associate, but I also feel it is a great refresher course for employees who have been with a school for 3 years or more.
