EL104 - Good course to review online needs
Thought this course was well written and summarized all the stress that a student can potentially experience while taking an online course. Now add home life and work to that mix!
Road blocks can stop students in their tracks..it is very important for us to remember that not everything is as obvious as we think it is.
Course refreshed some of the teachings from my education classes. It also mentioned some of the problems that this generation is having in today's world that we as teachers need to look at in our teaching.
I totally agree it was a well planned and delivered course filled with very pertinent and useful information.
I thought the course was well organized and covered topics that faculty should be familiar with.
It also brought greater clarity with regard to what all "faculty" should be doing, and their many responsibilities.
Taken as a whole, I am suspcious enough to think that faculty members would not continue to be faculty seeing all they are required to do, and all the expectations to be filled, if it were not for our desire to help the students achieve their goals.
