How I will apply this learning at my campus….

The ability to understand more concisely the impact of a start/drop is to the campus.

This will be developed into a training session with the Program Directors on the impact of a drop to their programs (e.g. equipment implications and/or starting a new co-hort).

My greatest learning from the strategic thinking segment of the program…

How I will apply this learning at my campus….

My biggest take away from the strategic thinking segment came from interacting with my colleagues and viewing the entire organization as a whole rather than campus vs. campus.

The information gained during the group activity relating to our issues on campus and how to brainstorm with my team to focus them on the long term goal/vision of the campus.

My greatest learning from the emotional intelligence segment of the program…

How I will apply this learning at my campus….

My self-regulation glared out to me within my assessment results. 

I will step back from a situation where I realize that may be uncomfortable or even combative and switch gears to better handle the situation.  In the past, the “old “ me would have reacted in a negative manner that would have not helped the situation.

My greatest learning from the simulation experience of the program…

How I will apply this learning at my campus….

I would say one could take away the significance of each start on how that has an impact on the P/L.  Also, the ability to leverage other departments within the organization.

The effort to connect with all departments to work as one.  If all departments communicate effectively, the ability (leverage) to make an impact from the P/L is huge from that standpoint.
