It works!!!!!

We need to motivate weak students by encouraging them not by making fun of them or letting them down infront of class. Their minor response recieve a reward from thier instructor so that thier confidence is build up.

One thing that we can do is not humilitate the students and appreciate their efforts.

I received a thank you text from one of my students after the class had ended; he needed some additional help to grasp some of the material, and I made additional videos available to him to watch at his leisure.  It is those moments when we receive those little "thank yous" that should motivate and rejuvenate our spirits.
