Completed 101.

I completed the first course and found it to be useful. Some of the material was tryly '101' material but other subjects, such as the use of multimedia in the virtual classroom made me realize that I need to add a bit more 'sizzle' to some of my courses. i put myself in place of the students and could see that they may view the virtual classroom as lacking some stimulation (via video clips, personalized video message / lectures, etc.).

Technology adds a lot of "flavor" to the leaning environment, where a lack thereof can leave some students wondering, and not being able to comprehend - even the most basic of factions.

I have found that this day in age adding the use of technology can help in keeping your class engaged. however, I also found that when it to keeping the older students focused on the class, or not being left behind it does present a challenge. some of them are not able to use technology as good as the younger generations.
