CM104: Compliant Interactions - Acting with Integrity

I think this course was overall a helpful reminder as to why it is so important for schools to foster a culture of transparency. This is especially useful in this day and age of diploma mills and when it is imperative to build a solid competitive advantage. The rabbit may experience short term success, but it is the tortoise who ultimately wins the race and in our race...the goal should be to serve students well and provide them the best possible advantage to be successful in their community.

Our school tries very hard to make sure each and every employee and faculty member act with integrity. Personally, I would not be able to sleep at night if I did not do so. I have worked with others in the industry who did not share this philosphy and most of them have been let go. It is in the best interest of ourselves, our students and our compant to act with integrity.

The compliance training was such a valuble tool in orienting me to my new position at this school.  I'm proud to be part of an organization who places high value on interacting with everyone in an ethical manner.  I believe all businesses should undergo compliance training.  I'm impressed with the mission and values of this school and look forward to learning more as my training continues.
