About me

I am an admissions representative in Florida and I love what I do. This is my fifth year working as either an admissions representative or a financial aid counselor.

Activity

Our school tries very hard to make sure each and every employee and faculty member act with integrity. Personally, I would not be able to sleep at night if I did not do so. I have worked with others in the industry who did not share this philosphy and most of them have been let go. It is in the best interest of ourselves, our students and our compant to act with integrity.

We just have an accreditation visit and having been through this training just a couple months ago was very helpful! Our campus passed with flying colors. Personally, I was glad that I could help during the visit and I felt confident in what I was saying.

This course was very helpful and will make me a stronger admissions representative. I now feel more confident in the rules and regulations.

I believe that this training is so important for people working in the admissions department. This is the third college I have worked for and only the first time I have taken this training. I feel that all colleges should require admissions staff to take this. It is very helpful in terms of licensing information, rules and refulations and best practices. I also think its a great idea to keep a notebook or information and to update it regularly.
