Yes.. I agree.  This course gave me information that I never thought of ....especially  how to be a better instructor.    

 

This course was a recap of my Masters of Education degree. It was a reminder of how to successfully teacher adult learners and evaluate them.

I agree.  The course was a reminder of how important our attitudes and people skills are in the classroom enviroment.  I really enjoyed the course.

We all need this info, and I  agred the soft skills are very important.  But it isn't alway easy to do. I knew the right responses, but felt myself getting very frustrated several days ago.  I had to make up a reason to step away for several minutes to get back in control, so I could take control of the situation.  Knowing the right responses, doesn't mean you always make the right responses.
