What Constitutes School Endorsed Housing?

Under the school director duties he/she should ensure that all facilities, including housing endorsed by the school, comply with local, city, county, municipal, state, and federal regulations…If the school provides the name of a local apt. locator, to students relocating to attend the institution, does that constitute endorsed housing?

A school must evaluate student academic progress at the end of each grading period, if they are a program over 200 clock hours. Each student should be in good academic standing, which includes having an overall grade point average of 2.0 out of 4.0 in order to graduate from the program.

What are some circumstances where you perhaps need to submit a variance to TWC for approval on a prospective instructor? Offering a program where formal education in the past was not common, such as the culinary field; submitting a request for variance for a potential instructor due to limited formal education opportunities could be warrented. This is common among potential candidates that worked in Europe over the past several decades. Formal education was not readily available and/or not comprable to degree granting institutions in America. But, their experience is overwhelming and could be interpreted to be equivalent to American degrees.
